Enrollment changes for Summer and Fall 2016
A Telecommunications system problem on campus has resulted in the inability to connect with campus networks and some systems such as Enroll and Pay on Tuesday, March 29, 2016. We understand that students who had enrollment times beginning March 29 or March 30th are concerned about their priority with regard to enrollment sequence. We understand that while most access has been restored, it may still be slow and some areas of campus may not have access. To protect students’ enrollment times we will do the following:
- Any enrollment time beginning Tuesday, March 29, 2016 were available as soon as telecommunications was restored.
- Students who have enrollment times beginning, Wednesday, March 30th will have their enrollment time rescheduled to the same time beginning Thursday, March 31. There are currently no enrollment appointment times scheduled on this day as it is a day held for situations such as this.
- If the connectivity issues last longer than Thursday we will roll Friday, April 1st enrollment times forward by a day into the weekend. This will assure that everyone maintains their assigned enrollment start time. We will make this determination by 3:30 pm on Thursday, March 31st and will send an email to all impacted students. This website will also be updated at that time.
There are currently no enrollment appointments scheduled to begin on the weekend so this will allow us to get back to our published schedule by the weekend if necessary.
