Transcript requests are usually processed between one and three business days after the Office of the University Registrar receives the request, unless expedited service is requested. Expedited transcript requests ordered by 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same day. Transcripts ordered after 12:00 p.m. CST will be available the next business day. You will be notified by email when the transcript has been processed and is available. No orders will be processed when the Office of the University Registrar is closed.
A credit or debit card is required to order a transcript. Discover, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. If you do not have one, contact the Office of the University Registrar.

The University of Kansas continues to closely monitor COVID-19 developments and concerns. We encourage all students to send transcripts electronically to recipients when possible. As of 3/19/2020, we continue to physically mail transcripts when requested. We encourage transcripts to be sent electronically. Due to the current stay-at-home order for Douglas County, pick up service at the KU Visitor Center is not available for any documents produced by the Office of the University Registrar.
